Greetings Terrans, I hope you all had a fabbo Christmas! I’ve managed to nab a bit of painting time & got a shove on for my remaining RT04 Eldar – nothing that I haven’t said on my last post, so this is just a bit of a photo dump.
First up, a duplicate of ‘Irbic Trueshot’:

Next, a pair of ‘Aedui Starborn’:

Next is ‘Commander Inghen Keentongue’:

And finally, ‘Belgae Strongwill’ (Pfnar pfnar 😊):

And that’s all the RT04s that I have! I’m low-key on the hunt for more – it would be nice to complete the set, but these seven will do for now:

Next on the bench – more late 80’s goodness with a handful of RTB06 Harlequins!! 🤡
More excellent looking Corsairs Alex.
Cheers dude – ready to go do some corsairing! 🏴☠️
Those look great and make me want to paint some Eldar!
Cheers mate – do it! 😊
Awesome – I love the colour scheme!
Cheers mate, I love a bit of yellow & purple 😊
Excellent as always. And thanks for indulging my wish for a team photo at the end there – it’s like you’re a mind reader (or a seer, perhaps!).
Haha, cheers mate 😊
These really are superb mate! Keep up the good work!
Cheers Roger.
I think this is my favorite of the lot so far. I like the black flames on yellow you did. A friend of mine who I game with occasionally is painting a lot of yellow these days and told me that a “trick” he just learned that I never heard of about how painting yellow over pink makes the yellow more vibrant. I told him it was a trick of the Warp and not to believe it, but he’s standing by his thesis.
Oooh, I’ve heard of using the opposite (colour wheel) colour to shade – so red shade for green for example, but never pink under yellow… I’ll have to give that a go!
Me as well. I wish I had known about that trick years ago when I was trying to paint yellow on Space Wolves. It’ll be interesting to see if it works.
