Greetings Terrans, how goes it? Surprise sur-fucking-prise, I’ve got more Conan minis to share… Honestly, we’re so close to finishing – just hang in there dear reader! At least this post is a bit of a change to the fighty types, because this time it’s a trio of Priesty/Wizardytypes…
First up, we have this dude called ‘Natohk’:
He’s a pretty nice mini, well posed & not too difficult to make look ok with a splash of paint. I do like working purple around gold and/or yelly, and I think that combo works nicely here.

Next, we have ‘Khemsa’:
This guy is another decent mini with quite a nice pose, and the turban adds a lot to the character of the mini. I’m less happy with the paint job here though, I got a bit indecisive & faffed around a bit too much I think, but c’est la vie, I’m not losign any sleep over it.

Finally, this mini is just called ‘Warlock’:
He’s an interesting mini – again, he’s nicely posed, and actually looks a bit sci-fi to me! That might explain why I subconsciously appear to have basically painting him as AdMech!

And that’s it for another week – just a trio of spellcasters to go, and then we are on to all the various incarnation of Conan!!! With that in mind, open question for you all – what should the collective noun be for multiple Conans? At the moment, my favourite suggestion is ‘a Lamentation’… Can anyone top that?

Great work on the sorcerers Alex, can see why you would think the last one would remind you of an Ad mech, but then GW use a lot of ancient weapons and looks in their 40K range. as for a collection of Conan’s I would say a Carnage, for th amount of bloody carnage they cause.

Lovely colours on all three of these chaps, and it’s nice to see a trio of decent sculpts! The Warlock is my fave, a great combo of metallic and deep red. Nice stuff!

Khemsa reminds me of Tom Baker evil wizard from”the Golden Voyage of Sinbad”, though all three are really nice, I think the Sci/Fi ((not) chap tops it for me.
How about a “Cromming” of Conan’s or a “Thewed”

No sorry that was “Sinbad and the eye of the tiger”, “The golden voyage” was the one with the cyclops centaur that fights the griffin, and had Caroline Munro in.

Aw yeah, that cyclops was pretty darn cool too – someone should do the whole range of Harryhausen minis… I’d be all over that!

They look great together, and the sculpts are decent too. I bet this trio was less of a chore to paint than some of the other batches you’ve ploughed through lately.
